This year I went gluten free, minimized the amount of processed food I eat and made an effort to avoid refined sugar.
Some of the benefits I’ve experienced include:
-weight loss (around 40 pounds!)
Although I have cleaned up my diet, I still eat a ton of yummy desserts. They’re just modified to include healthier ingredients.
One of my current favorites that I’m sharing with you today is chocolate avocado pudding. It only requires 3 ingredients and includes healthy fat!
For this recipe you’ll need:
First, scoop the avocados into a bowl (or you can use a vitamix blender). Add in 1 tbsp. of maple syrup and 1 tbsp. of cacao powder. Use an immersion blender to mix the ingredients & serve. It’s that easy!
I topped mine off with raspberries, but you can use any fruit you’d like, or add in some cacao nibs to make it extra chocolatey.
